Grace

Grace Ma has a extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Grace is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources in EFG Bank since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at HSBC in various roles including Senior HR Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Head of Human Resources in Macau, Senior HR Manager in Global Private Banking, Senior HR Manager in Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and HR Manager in Recruitment. Grace started their career in 1992 at Hong Kong Jockey Club as a Customer Relationship Manager and HR Officer.

Grace Ma completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University in 1992. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Leicester, which they completed in 2012. Prior to these higher education experiences, they attended St Paul's Convent School, though specific details such as dates and degree name are unknown.
