Brendan McCarthy is a Professional Engineer with NATO Secret clearance status and extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at EFI Engineering since 2025, Brendan previously held the role of Project Manager at Babcock International Group from 2022 to 2025, where they focused on project delivery and stakeholder communication. Prior to that, Brendan managed projects at Modern Niagara and contributed to multimillion-dollar initiatives at Suncor Energy. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University in 2006.
