John Ticer is a Senior Fire Investigator at EFI Global with extensive experience in conducting criminal investigations into fire and explosive incidents. Prior to their current role, John served as a Special Agent at the Iowa State Fire Marshal's Office for over two decades. John also held various leadership positions at the Iowa Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators. With a background in fire sciences, John has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Iowa Western Community College. John's career began in the United States Air Force where John provided security for the NEACP aircraft. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
