Chris Gargiulo

Chris Gargiulo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Design Engineer at AMP Inc., where they worked on new product design and received a patent for their invention. Chris then moved on to PTC, where they served as a Program Manager, managing the instructor certification program and implementing cost-effective web-based training tools. At SoftVu LLC, they were the Manager of E-Learning Services and oversaw the implementation of an enterprise learning management system.

In later roles, Chris worked as a Principle at GCM - Consulting & Management, providing project management and guidance for enterprise learning and knowledge platforms. Chris also worked as a Consultant and Senior Systems Analyst at Coalescent Technologies, where they integrated the Army's learning management system into existing processes and acted as an administrator for online testing applications.

Chris's experience also includes managerial roles. Chris served as the Manager of Instructional Technology & Systems at EarthLink, overseeing technology applications for online learning content. Chris then became the Managing Director of Gargiulo Consulting & Management, leading a project portfolio delivering an online strategy to medical training disciplines within the National Health Service.

In the most recent years, Chris has held leadership positions at Eficode, where they have served as the Director of Country Manager Business Operations, Director of International Service Delivery & Business Expansion, and currently as the Director of Enterprise Solutions & Agile at Scale Strategies. Chris has been responsible for agile transformation strategies, country operations, business expansion, and client account management across various industries.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in Agile transformation, operational management, business development, and technology implementation.

Chris Gargiulo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Materials Science Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991. Additionally, Chris has obtained several certifications in recent years. These include being a Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager and a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, both obtained in June 2023. Chris also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner, obtained in February 2022. Furthermore, Chris has certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, obtained in July 2020, and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, both obtained in August 2021.
