James Stride

James Stride has a solid background in technical and customer support roles, with experience at companies such as Eficode, Clearvision, and Allied Office Machines Ltd. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager and Team Lead at Eficode, James is responsible for overseeing the Customer Support function and ensuring support agents are well-equipped to assist customers effectively. Prior to this, James held various technical roles at Clearvision and Allied Office Machines Ltd. James started their career at Fortis Insurance as a File Clerk before progressing to a Team Leader role. James attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2006.
