Mathias Olausson

Mathias Olausson is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO Scandinavia at Eficode since October 2025. Previously, Mathias held the position of CTO at Solidify from October 2013 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading efforts in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) services on the Microsoft platform. Mathias also served as CEO of Solidify, focusing on enabling customers to successfully implement ALM strategies. Prior to Solidify, Mathias worked as Gruppchef och tjänsteområdesansvarig ALM at Transcendent Group, managing the ALM consultancy group with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Mathias's career began as a consultant and owner at Callista Knowledgebase AB, and earlier as a software developer and solution architect at LinnéData, working with notable clients such as Telenor and Ericsson. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Gothenburg, obtained in 1994.
