Niklas Parbäck is currently the Head of People & Culture for Scandinavia at Eficode, a role that follows their extensive experience in human resources, including positions as Head of Learning and Development and Head of HR Services at APSIS. With a robust background in talent management spanning various organizations such as Qlik and IKEA, Niklas has developed and executed comprehensive talent development strategies. Previously, they served as a Naval Officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, responsible for conscript training, and also held roles in management consulting and project management at Lund University Education AB. Niklas's expertise encompasses all phases of the talent lifecycle, showcasing a commitment to fostering organizational growth and development.
