Rick Wacey

Rick Wacey is currently the Head of IT at Eficode, where they rapidly built and led a new global IT organization, fostering high employee engagement and streamlining IT support processes. Previously, they held significant roles at PayPal, where they managed desktop support teams, and Zettle by PayPal, leading IT Services to support a growing company. Rick's earlier experience includes impactful positions at Spotify, where they contributed to IT support and systems engineering, and at Paradox Interactive, shaping scalable IT environments. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from The University of Bolton and have also studied International Business at Turku University of Applied Sciences.
