Eric Seljaas

Eric Seljaas has a strong background in various roles and industries. Eric started their career as an Electrical Engineer at LiteTouch, where they successfully launched a new retrofit product and took on additional responsibilities as Engineering Manager. During their time as Vice President of Operations, Eric coordinated efforts across manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and technical support to bring seven new industry-changing products to market. Eric also streamlined processes to reduce custom lead time by 50% and decrease stock on hand by 25%.

Following their tenure at LiteTouch, Eric co-founded Achieve Dental, a technology-consulting firm focused on providing IT systems and technologies for medical professionals. As the Co-Founder and Project Manager, they wore multiple hats in the business and played a key role in project management and customer satisfaction.

After achieving success at Achieve Dental, Eric joined CA Engineering as an Engineering Project Manager, where they worked with Fortune 100 companies to develop specialized wireless technology solutions.

Eric's most recent position was at eFileCabinet, where they held multiple roles. Eric started as the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience, where they transformed customer-facing departments and developed an award-winning support organization. Eric also created a Customer Success department that contributed to a growth in retention by over 25%. Later, they became the Chief Operating Officer, leading the organization's focus on customer engagement and success initiatives.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, project management, customer experience, and technical support.

Eric Seljaas attended the University of Utah from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Eric then pursued higher education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their MBA in Business Administration.
