Satu Kallio

Satu Kallio has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Satu began their career at McDonald's Corporation, where they worked as a Manager from 2001 to 2005. Satu then joined Intrum as a Collector from 2006 to 2010 and later became a Team Leader from 2011 to 2017. At Intrum, they implemented innovative people management tools and strategies. In 2017, Satu joined Efima Oyj as a People Manager, leading financial outsourcing services teams and focusing on efficient service delivery. Satu progressively took on more responsibilities, becoming a People Manager and Service Manager in 2019, a Senior Outsourcing Manager/Service Manager in 2020, and an Operations Director in 2022. Currently, Satu serves as a Business Director at Efima Oyj, where they are responsible for a business area of Digital Financial Management services, defining and implementing strategies, and managing budgets and contracts. With their extensive experience in operational management, leadership, and customer relations, Satu Kallio has demonstrated their ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in their roles.
