Tero led the development and implementation of software systems for ERP, financial management processes, budgeting, and reporting. Tero also provided consultancy services and business process outsourcing. Tero later co-founded Dooap in 2016, another software company. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Tero worked at Accountor Group as a Director, from 2001 to 2009.
