Roger Silloway

Roger Silloway has over 25 years of experience in sales and technical management roles. From 2019 to present, they have been the Director of Sales - Americas at Efinix, Inc., responsible for creating, enabling, and growing a sales organization focused on customers in the Americas. From 2001 to 2019, they were at Lattice Semiconductor, first as the Director of Channel Sales - Americas, responsible for increasing demand creation activity and sales in distribution for the Americas, and then as the Area Sales Manager, responsible for broad market customers and their design needs in Eastern North America. From 1993 to 2001, they were at Avnet, first as the VP Design Services and North America Technical Programs, directing and organizing a team of applications engineers and managers along technologies and suppliers, and then as the Area Technical Manager, managing, hiring, retaining, and assigning a team of Field Applications Engineers.

Roger Silloway has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
