Ryan Pendleton

Ryan Pendleton, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, is currently the Valuation Services Department Director at FirstBank. They have extensive experience in commercial appraisal, having served as a Commercial Appraiser III at the Adams County Assessor's Office in 2016 and held various positions at The Ernest Jones Company from 2003 to 2016, ultimately becoming Vice President. Prior to these roles, Ryan was the Director of Logistics for the FSU Program in Underwater Archaeology from 2001 to 2003. Ryan is pursuing a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
