Duane Anderson

Duane Anderson is the current President & CEO at EFJohnson Technologies. Prior to this, they were a Project Consultant at Tatum from June 2012 to August 2012. Their role there was to provide support for clients undergoing transition with their expertise in finance organizations.

From December 2004 to December 2011, Duane was the Corporate Controller at Ampad. During their time there, they helped manage the company through post-bankruptcy turnaround with profit improvement of $28 Million. Duane was also responsible for the successful refinancing of debt with $20 Million increase, as well as integrating the greatly expanded Mexico operation into JD Edwards and instituting appropriate consolidation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP - eliminating material weakness. Financial reporting improved under their leadership.

In 2008, Duane led the implementation of Pull System integrated with S&OP process. This resulted in $5 Million inventory savings and $1 Million annualized cost savings. Additionally, they managed Due Diligence requests and updated Data Room, reviewed and commented on Sale Agreement, and compiled closing and opening Balance Sheet transactions during Ampad's sale process.

Duane Anderson has a Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University and a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Duane also has a certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountants in CPA.
