Steve Rainwater

Steve Rainwater is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems software engineering and management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Manager at EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., Steve focuses on web-based network management for mission-critical P25 LMR systems utilized by public safety first responders. Additionally, Steve contributes to the National Robotics Education Foundation as an Advisory Board Member, aiming to enhance robotics-based STEM education. Steve held the position of CEO at NCC Internet Services from 1992 to 2019, overseeing all business operations and client relations. With a history of editorial contributions to various robotics publications, including Servo Magazine and Robot Magazine, Steve also served as Editor for robots.net, where Steve regularly blogged about robotics and related topics. Steve's previous roles include CTO at DesignersAdvantage.com, CIO at SVC Network, LLC, and consultant positions across various technology projects, showcasing a diverse skill set in IT management and engineering.
