Anders Ertmann

Anders Ertmann is a strategic and results-driven CEO with over a decade of executive leadership experience, specializing in business transformation, M&A, financial restructuring, private equity, and operational excellence. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of EFKT and hold board roles as a member of AffaldPlus and VETNORDIC, and as Chair of the Board for DSJ (Healthcare innovation and excellence). From 2017 to 2025, they led InterMail Danmark as CEO, steering its strategic and financial transformation, executing a build-and-buy expansion, and overseeing the sale to a private equity firm in 2024 with a 40% shareholder return. Earlier in their career, they held senior leadership roles including COO at BBDO Nordics (2007–2011) and Project Management Advisor at TDC Group (2004–2006), and obtained an MSc in Business Administration & Auditing from Copenhagen Business School (2001–2004) and a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Southern Denmark (1999–2001), along with completing CBS Executive Board Education in 2022.
