Jennifer Ross

Jennifer Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jennifer began their career at SubmitOrder.com as an Account Executive in 1998. In 2000, they joined Big Lots as a Transportation Supervisor. Jennifer then moved on to Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held various roles including DC Supervisor, DC Manager, International Transportation Manager, and Senior Manager of International Transportation. In 2013, Jennifer joined RCS Logistics Inc. as a Key Account Manager and later became the Director of Global Key Accounts. Most recently, they have been working at EFL, first as a Sr. Director of Global Key Accounts, then as the Vice President of Global Key Accounts - Midwest and West Regions, and currently as the SVP of Global Key Account Management.

Jennifer Ross obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they pursued a double major in Marketing and Transportation from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Emeritus in March 2023.
