Matthew Saylor

Matthew Saylor currently serves in Corporate Security and Investigations at EFL since March 2025. Prior to this role, Saylor worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from November 2009 to November 2024, where positions included Supervisory Special Agent, Special Agent, Deputy Director, and Supervisory Special Agent/Congressional Liaison. In the capacity of Supervisory Special Agent, Saylor supervised over 20 HSI managers and managed significant crime investigations alongside a substantial operational budget. As Deputy Director, responsibilities included managing a $54 million budget for collaboration between federal and local law enforcement agencies. Saylor holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina.
