Christopher Parra

Christopher Parra is the CEO and Co-Founder of FMP, Inc., an eFM Company, where they lead efforts to integrate People, Real Estate, and Technology for enhanced workplace wellness and productivity. Since 2020, Christopher has also served as the Chief Operating Officer for eFM in North America, focusing on innovative strategies for real estate and facilities management. Prior to their current roles, Christopher worked in corporate real estate and enterprise information systems at Sempra Energy from 2003 to 2008 and completed an Undergraduate Finance Analyst Program at Merrill Lynch from 1999 to 2001. Christopher earned a B.A. from Boston College in 2002 and studied in Madrid, Spain, the same year.
