Debra Leighton is a seasoned academic leader and consultant currently serving as a Senior Adviser for the Business School Impact System (BSIS) at EFMD Global, a role they have held since 2020. Their previous positions include Interim Academic Dean at Coventry University and Executive Dean at the University of Bedfordshire Business School, where they were responsible for strategic planning and enhancing student experience. With a rich background in curriculum design and educational development, Debra has significantly contributed to the improvement of business schools' offerings and accreditations throughout their career.
