Magdalena Wanot has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations. Magdalena worked at EFMD from 2012, starting as a Coordinator in the Quality Services Department, then progressing to become a Manager in Communications, and eventually becoming the Director of Marketing & Communications. Magdalena joined the Committee of the Regions as an Intern in February 2012 and worked there until August 2012. Prior to that, they had internships at the European Parliament, Międzynarodowe Centrum Kultury w Krakowie, and the European Association of Conservatoires.
Magdalena Wanot's education history includes a brief stint at The Open University Business School in 2015, where they studied marketing. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in law, economics, and management at Aix-Marseille University from 2010 to 2011, with a focus on marketing, project management, and the cultural and creative industry. Magdalena also holds a Master's degree in international relations from Jagiellonian University, which they completed between 2005 and 2010. During their time at Jagiellonian University, they studied contemporary international relations, international and European Union law. Furthermore, in 2009, Magdalena received an Attestation dEtudes Politiques from Institut d'Études Politiques de Rennes, where they explored subjects such as political science, history, and comparative cultural policy.
