Robin Hartley is the Manager of the Network Services Department at EFMD, a position held since 2003. Previously, from 1980 to 2003, Robin served as the Assistant to the Defense Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Robin earned a Bachelor's degree in French with a focus on art from the State University of New York at Geneseo, where they studied from 1975 to 1978.
