Mark Hays

Mark Hays has worked in a variety of financial roles since 1998. In 1998, they worked as a Financial Controller for Red Bull. In 2000, they worked as a Business Development Executive for Transmedia Europe Plc and a Financial Controller (Contract) for Psion Computers. In 2001, they worked as a Finance Manager (Contract) for Pearson plc. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as EMEA Financial Controller for Lexar Media. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as Finance Director for Glass's Information Services Limited. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as Finance Director for Porta Romana Limited and Bounce Foods. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as Chief Financial Officer for MedGen and SunTech UK (eFOLDi).

Mark Hays attended Reading School from 1981 to 1988, where they obtained 3 'A' levels in Maths, Geography, and Economics. Mark then attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a BSc Econ in Economics and Politics. In 1998, they obtained a certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
