Xavier Mattei

Xavier Mattei is an accomplished leader in project and risk management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Project Department at EFOR since May 2024, Xavier oversees a team of 50 professionals and manages a yearly revenue of €300 million. Previously, as Head of Risk & Contract Management at Capgemini Engineering, Xavier led a team of 60 and managed a revenue of €3 billion while fostering a risk-aware culture. Prior roles include Senior Head of Delivery at Altran, Chief Operating Officer at Emerson, Deputy Delivery Head at Rolls-Royce, Project Director at Alstom, and Program Manager at ArianeGroup. Xavier holds a Master’s Degree in Space Systems Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and has foundational engineering education from EPF Engineering School.
