With over 15 years as an EFQM Assessor team leader, Graham has consulted for organizations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on improving performance and customer satisfaction. Currently, they serve as the Chair of the Local Governing Body at Chiltern Hills Academy and a jury member for the EFQM Global Award.
