Thomas ROULLAND, CFA, FRM, CIPM, brings extensive experience in sustainability, performance analysis, and investment solutions. From March 2014 to May 2016, Thomas served at Allianz Global Investors as Deputy Team Leader and Senior Performance Analyst, focusing on performance measurement, return attribution, and the management of indexes. Thomas later held the position of Head of Sustainability Methodologies & Analytics, driving the ESG data strategy and developing analytics datasets for climate strategy. Currently, Thomas is the Head of Sustainability Standards & Analytics at Allianz Global Investors since April 2023 and a member of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board since April 2024. Previous roles include Head of Responsible Investment Solutions at AXA Investment Managers and participation in the Eurosif ESG Ratings & Data Advisory Group. Thomas holds Master's degrees in Finance from EDHEC Business School and ESLSCA Business School.
