Ronald Allen currently serves as the Chief Customer Success Officer at eFront since August 2019. Prior to this, Ronald held the position of Managing Director at BlackRock starting in November 2008, where responsibilities included maximizing value for Insurance clients, as well as business development, product management, and talent growth. Ronald's earlier career includes a role as Director of the Aladdin Business at J.P. Morgan Chase from 2004 to October 2008, and as Vice President at Deloitte Consulting from July 2001 to November 2004, focusing on IT strategy consulting. Ronald Allen earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Economics from Lehigh University, where studies took place from 1996 to 2000.
