Antony MERMET

Antony MERMET is a dedicated professional in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) and food safety, currently serving as an Assistant QHSE at the Etablissement Français Du Sang since November 2025. Antony has gained valuable experience as a Stagiaire HSE at MGR - Monnier Énergies and as an Apprenti at Kereis, where responsibilities included updating activity continuity plans and creating risk maps. Prior experience includes roles as an Employé Polyvalent at ALDI France and an Alternant in quality and food safety at LE CRIOLLO chocolatier. Antony is pursuing a Master’s degree in QHSE at IET, building on a background that includes a professional bachelor's degree in food safety and a DUT in hygiene, safety, and environmental management.
