Denis Breton has extensive experience in information systems management, having served as Responsable des Systèmes d’Information for both La Réunion/Océan Indien and Antilles/Guyane at EFS from 2008 to 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Technicien at Centre Hospitalier de Troyes and Centre Hospitalier de Charleville-Mézières from 1987 to 2003.
