Frédéric PACOUD

Frédéric Pacoud is the current President of l'Etablissement français du sang and has been serving in this role since 2023. They possess extensive experience in various government positions, including serving as the Chef du pôle parlementaire at the Cabinet de la Première ministre from 2022 to 2023, and as a Rapporteur général adjoint at the Conseil d'État from 2018 to 2020. Frédéric has held significant roles in the Sénat, including Director of the deputy cabinet and advisor on institutional matters. They earned a DEA in contemporary history from Université Paris-Sorbonne and pursued studies at Sciences Po.
