Stéphane Bégué

Stéphane Bégué is the Director of the Etablissement Français du Sang (EFS) for Guadeloupe-Guyane and Martinique, a role held since 2021. Previously, they served as the National Responsible for Quality Control and Evaluation of PSL at EFS from 2012 to 2020, and from 2020 to 2021, they were the National Responsible for the Department of Surveillance and Evaluation of Products and Processes at EFS. Stéphane began their career as the Production Manager at the Centre Régional Transfusion Sanguine de Lyon from 1991 to 1994, followed by a long tenure in Quality Control at Etablissement Français du Sang Rhône Alpes until 2012. Stéphane holds an engineering degree in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon and a DUT in ABB from IUT Lille.
