We serve businesses who provide payments services to merchants and consumers by creating and supporting innovative payments processing, acquiring, settlements and disputes handling solutions.

Our flexibility, nimbleness and range of services allow us to act as true partners to clients.

Since launch in 2000, EFTEX was the 1st eftpos Australia member certified for acceptance of eCommerce/ online card and digital wallet payments via eftpos Digital Acceptance Framework (eDAF). Since then, we’ve become a leading Australian independent transaction processor and acquiring services provider with an Exchange Settlement Account with the RBA. This allows us to power:
•	5,500+ ATMs
•	20,000 locations offering POS card present services
•	Ecommerce, online payments and card not present services for eftpos, Visa, MC UPI, and Discover Network payments, incl ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay
•	Settlement Services leveraging EFTEX ESA for eftpos and Mastercard Acquirers
•	eftpos Acquiring Sponsorship for Direct Connectors (S2i) and Payment Gateways

Perhaps the greatest indicator of a good payments solutions partner is one you don’t need to think about. This may seem a strange thing to say but what it implies is that we’ll judge how well we are doing by how seamlessly we support you and how reliably and easy we make it for you to get on with your business.

One of the key hallmarks of EFTEX, and which our clients often comment on, is the EFTEX team’s investment in our clients.

It starts with making onboarding as fast and as painless as possible, treating new clients as valued long-standing clients from the get-go, and building an enduring relationship that allows us to serve you as your needs change.
