Mario Rivas is an experienced recruiter and team leader with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at eFuse since June 2022, Mario collaborates with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand staffing needs. Previously, at Stitch Fix from January 2021 to June 2022, Mario held dual roles as a Styling Field Recruiting Sourcer and Styling Team Lead, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines and managing a team of Stylists. Mario's extensive experience also includes training roles at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, where responsibilities encompassed the development of new managers, as well as managerial positions in the banking and restaurant industries.
