EG EXTENSA SOLUTIONS: Automated Test & Quality Control Engineering

We design and manufacture automated quality control equipment and advanced test and measurement systems. We support production stability in high-demand sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, and High-Tech. As a key pillar of Engineering Group, our operations are built on the principle of "Partnership Built on Quality"

Core Expertise & Solutions:
● Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Custom engineering and assembly of functional testers, ICT/FCT stations, and electrical safety rigs (RF, HiPOT, ESD).
● System Integration: Bridging measurement hardware with production lines, including autonomous component loading and handling.
● Machine Vision Systems: Inline visual inspection stations for real-time geometric and assembly defect detection, eliminating human error.
● Traceability: Seamless integration of test data with factory-level MES/ERP databases via TCP/IP and OPC-UA, ensuring complete product traceability.

Engineering Philosophy:
At EG EXTENSA, we don't just code; we engineer the physical infrastructure of your production continuity. Our implementations leverage National Instruments (NI) standards to ensure hardware scalability and long-term viability.

As an NI Alliance Partner, we deliver robust solutions that operate with maximum uptime, allowing our clients to focus on product quality rather than test system maintenance.
