Amit Jain

Amit Jain has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 as a Graduate Student at Nagpur Institute of Technology. In 2014, they joined Infosys as a Technical Support Engineer, where they successfully troubleshooted client queries within SLA and utilized tools such as Active Directory and BMC Manager. amit then moved to eGain Corporation in 2015 and held multiple roles, including Senior Cloud Engineer and Cloud Engineer. In these roles, they focused on proactive monitoring of applications, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability for eGain Cloud clients. Additionally, they provided support for applications, systems, and databases.

Amit Jain began their education in 2007 at LIONS CONVENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, SENDHWA(M.P.), where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. amit completed their high school education in 2009.

Afterward, Amit enrolled at Nagpur University in 2009 and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology.
