Dylan Grissom

Dylan Grissom is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for Managed Services at eGain Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at PeopleFluent from August 2017 to May 2022, holding positions as Solutions Consultant and Associate Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing software products, consulting with a diverse range of clients, and facilitating training sessions. Previous experience also includes working as an Information Center Analyst at Horace Mann from July 2016 to July 2017, managing technology assets and addressing user technical issues. Dylan started a career at Golf Galaxy as a Sales Associate from September 2014 to January 2017, where sales achievements and customer experience management were key responsibilities. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in IT from North Carolina State University, attained in 2017.
