Gary Marzik has a diverse work experience in sales and account management. Gary started their career in 2002 as a Senior Sales Account Executive at eGain, where they provided account sales for software products in customer interaction management systems. Gary excelled at preparing and presenting executive and business justification presentations. In 2004, they joined Extended Systems as a Strategic Business Alliance Manager. In 2007, they became a Senior Sales Account Executive at Forum Systems, where they focused on selling SOA and web services security and mediation solutions. Gary then joined Palm Inc in 2008 as a Strategic Account Sales Executive, responsible for uncovering new opportunities for Palm Smart Phone Devices. Their role involved working closely with Sprint, Verizon, and ATT account executives. In 2010, they joined eGain Communications as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 9 Enterprise Account Executives and supporting 13 states. Their responsibilities included selling software products in the areas of customer engagement management systems, knowledge management, email, chat, live collaboration, web self-service, and analytics. Gary was also responsible for preparing and presenting executive and business justification presentations and ROI analysis.

Gary Marzik completed advanced computer science courses at the New York Institute of Technology. Gary also served in the Naval UDT/Seal Special Warfare Teams while in the United States Navy. Additionally, they completed one year of computer science at the University of Connecticut.
