James Hunt

James Hunt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, currently serving as the VP of Product Management & Strategic Solutions at eGain Corporation since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading strategies for Generative AI and Knowledge Management innovation. Prior roles at eGain include VP of Product Management, focusing on Analytics and Contact Center product lines, as well as Senior Director and Director of Product Management for Reporting and Analytics applications. Before joining eGain, James held several positions at Exony from November 2004 to July 2014, including Product Manager and Project Manager, and worked as a Project Manager at Claritus and Vocalis plc between 1999 and 2004. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University, obtained in 1999.
