Jason Markham is a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at eGain Corporation since May 2021, with prior experience at Aptean from April 2012 to May 2021 as both an Associate Configuration Engineer and a Release Engineer. Key contributions include developing automated solutions for programming bugs and Quality Assurance testing, as well as managing daily content load processes.
