Ryan Stevens

Ryan Stevens is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as Principal Architect at eGain Corporation since July 2014, Ryan focuses on designing software architectures tailored to customer specifications and contributing to product line development. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Senior Technical Architect at eGain, overseeing the entire product life cycle for both on-premise and secure cloud solutions. Ryan's career began at Exony, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Software Developer involved in enterprise reporting and analytics solutions until the company's acquisition by eGain. Ryan's earlier experience includes a role as R&D Engineer at Sony Broadcast & Professional Europe, specializing in software design for video editing and DVD authoring systems. Ryan holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
