Sandeep Singh

Sandeep Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandeep started their career in 2007 at IBM India Software Lab as a Software Developer & L3 Support, where they worked on the development and provided L3 support for IBM Network Authentication, an implementation of MIT Kerberos authentication protocol.

In 2008, Sandeep worked on an IBM AlphaWork project as a Software Developer, focused on developing a PGP-based technology to enhance security in file-based storage environments.

In 2010, Sandeep joined IBM Global Service as a Java/J2ee application developer, providing end-to-end support for Braclays.net, a cash management application for Barclay's Bank. Sandeep gained in-depth knowledge of various technologies and message flow during their work on this project.

From 2012 to 2014, Sandeep served as a Team Lead at IBM Global Services, leading a team responsible for developing mobile applications using the IBM Worklight mobile development platform. Sandeep also mentored junior developers in Java, JavaScript, and the IBM Worklight product.

Since 2014, Sandeep has been working at eGain Corporation, initially as a PSE - Associate Consultant, where they developed a self-service portal for Yourfone using Backbone. Sandeep then had roles as a PSE Consultant and Senior Software Engineer-II, specializing in Product Engineering. Currently, Sandeep holds the role of Team Lead, PE at eGain Corporation.

Through their various roles and experiences, Sandeep has honed their skills in software development, support, leadership, and technical consultation.

Sandeep Singh obtained a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from COEP Technological University from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, they also pursued a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

In terms of additional certifications, Sandeep obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP 5) certification from Sun in April 2009. Sandeep later achieved the Oracle Certified Web Component Developer (OCPWCD 5) certification from Oracle in September 2012. Sandeep also obtained the Oracle Certified Web Services Developer (OCPJWSD 5) certification from Oracle in August 2013, followed by the Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Services Developer certification from Oracle in October 2013. Finally, Sandeep obtained the IBM Certified Worklight V6 Mobile Application Developer certification from IBM in March 2014.
