Desktop Support Engineer at eGain

Simon Wooldridge has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Simon started their career at Bishops Green Youth Club as a Youth Worker and Music Project Manager, where they ensured the well-being of youths, organized activities, and shared music skills. Simon then moved on to Wilson James as a Logistics Operator, responsible for site security and maintenance tasks. At Atos, Simon held various positions, including Call Co-Ordinator/Problem Management and Desktop Support Analyst/Floor-Walking Project Leader, where they provided technical support, managed service level agreements, and trained staff. Following their time at Atos, Simon joined Getronics as a Desktop Support Analyst, before returning to Atos as a Technical Team Lead and later working as a Desktop Support Analyst. Currently, Simon is employed at eGain Corporation as a Desktop Support Engineer.

Simon Wooldridge attended Queen Mary's College from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Performing Arts with a focus on Music, Drama, and Dance. Prior to Queen Mary's College, Simon's education history is not specified. In terms of additional certifications, Simon has obtained numerous certifications including Learning Virtualization and Windows Server 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in September 2021, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in June 2021, and Microsoft Teams Essential Training from LinkedIn in November 2020. In 2009, Simon received the MTV Boom Award, and in 2008, they obtained an Arts Award from Reading College.
