Located in Perth, WA, Egan Drilling is a specialist water bore drilling contractor. Since its incorporation in 1986, Egan has built a strong reputation for delivering cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality water bore drilling solutions across Western Australia, while maintaining the highest standards of safety on every site.
We specialise in water well drilling for mining, resources, construction, agriculture, and domestic clients. Our services include production bores (small to large diameter 4"–18"), dewatering bores, monitoring bores, piezometer installations, and pump testing.
Egan Drilling utilises a range of proven water bore drilling methods tailored to Western Australia’s diverse geological conditions:

Mud Rotary Drilling — Versatile and highly effective in soft soils and varying formations, using drilling fluid to stabilise the borehole.
Rotary Air Blast (RAB) / Air Rotary — Efficient and cost-effective for both exploration and production bores.
Down Hole Hammer (DHH) / Air Percussion — Ideal for penetrating hard rock formations, delivering precision and reliability for deeper, high-yield water wells.

Our modern Tier 1 fleet, combined with ISO-compliant HSEQ systems and Class 2 licensed drillers, ensures safe, compliant, and professional results even in remote locations.
Adopting a client-centric approach, the team at Egan Drilling is dedicated to working closely with clients to develop long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships built on exceptional customer service and a commitment to always going above and beyond expectations.
