Eva Garland

Eva Garland has been involved in the professional world since 2008. Eva began their career at Agile Sciences, where they held the roles of Vice President of Research and Development, Director of Operations, and Director of Grants. In 2013, they founded Eva Garland Consulting, LLC, where they serve as CEO. Her company provides expert advisory services to clients in various scientific fields. In 2018, they joined Fission Ventures as a member of the Investment Committee. Her role involves creating a diverse portfolio for investors while co-investing with leading VC funds.

Eva Garland attended Menlo School from 1989 to 1993, followed by Columbia University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Eva then continued their education at Caltech, where they earned their Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2001.
