Moustafa M Elsayed

Moustafa M Elsayed is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and higher education. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board, Chairman and Managing Director, and Partner at EGEC since January 2007, Moustafa also contributes as an Adjunct Professor in the Construction Engineering Department at the American University in Cairo since 2016. Previous roles include Consultant and Partner at ProService, Visiting Professor at Ain Shams University and Kuwait University, and Professor at King AbdulAziz University in Saudi Arabia. Moustafa's early academic career features roles at the University of Houston as a Postdoctoral Fellow and at Tulane University as a Research Assistant. Moustafa holds a Doctor of Engineering from Tulane University, along with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University.
