Rahma Hussein

Rahma Hussein is an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader at EGEC since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and recruitment functions, as well as generating quarterly turnover rate reports. Prior roles at EGEC include Talent Acquisition and OD Supervisor and Senior Talent Acquisition & Organization Development Specialist, focusing on staffing needs, selection criteria, and candidate sourcing. Rahma also served as a Senior HR Specialist, bringing skills in relationship building, interviewing, and communication. Previous banking experience includes positions at Nasser Social Bank-Egypt, CIB Egypt, and Banque Misr, as well as customer service at Etisalat Misr. Rahma holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Pre-Master’s degree from Ain Shams University.
