Wafa Khalifa

Wafa Khalifa is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at EGEC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Wafa held various positions including Strategic Partnership Officer at Nature Design Group from June 2019 to June 2023, and Chief Administrative Officer at NDG from December 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans and managing daily operations. Wafa's tenure at EGEC from November 2009 to December 2017 as Human Resources & Administration Manager involved establishing the HR department and implementing automated HR processes. Earlier experience also includes serving as General Manager at Al-Wadi Computer Services from May 1988 to October 2009 and as a Statistician at the League of Arab States from September 1977 to November 1979. Wafa holds a SHRM Certificate in Human Resources Management and a B.Sc. in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University.
