Global Account Manager

Tom Morris is an experienced professional with a robust background in account management and sales within the travel and coffee industries. Currently serving as a Global Account Manager at Egencia since June 2013, Tom manages a portfolio of 30 mid-sized clients, optimizing their travel programs and identifying savings opportunities. Prior to Egencia, Tom held various management roles at Starbucks Coffee Company from October 2004 to January 2012, including Territory Manager and Regional Market Manager. Earlier experience includes a National Account Manager position at Seattle Coffee Company, where Tom managed the international rollout of Intrawest Resorts and significantly increased revenue for McDonald's. Tom also has a strong foundation in account services and sales management, having developed training programs and improved service efficiencies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics & Government from the University of Puget Sound.
