Dr. Haldun Ersen has an extensive background in management and urban development, having completed a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Okan University in 2021. They founded Management Plus, a consulting and training firm, in 2002, where they served as General Manager and provided consultancy to nearly 250 companies. Dr. Ersen has authored four books, including publications on human resources and smart city management. Currently, they hold the position of Chair at the Urban Transformation and Urbanism Foundation and lead a project aimed at reducing carbon emissions in housing at Ege Yapı. They also teach at Yeditepe University and have developed numerous educational programs focused on urban transformation and smart city initiatives.
