Joyce Chanay

Joyce Chanay is an experienced Delegate Manager currently overseeing delegate management for Ipsen at key congresses and seminars since January 2021 at EGG, as well as managing delegate and housing logistics for the GFSI Conference and Global Summit at The Consumer Goods Forum. Joyce has a strong background in event management, previously serving as a Delegate Manager for various Consumer Group Forum events and holding freelance positions. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Dubai World Trade Centre, Marketing Communications Manager at Gemalto, and Assistant Manager of Marketing Services at UBM - SES, focusing on visitor promotion and innovative marketing strategies. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1996 and 1999.
